We offer worldwide shipping for all our products. However, please note that certain restrictions may apply to specific countries due to local customs regulations.
Processing Time
Cyanotype Kits: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Original Cyanotype Prints: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Limited Edition Prints: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Marble Pieces: Due to the delicate nature and additional packaging requirements of the marbles we will contact you and give you all the details of processing time and delivery.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10-20 business days after processing.
These apply to every item except for marble pieces.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Packaging
Cyanotype Kits: Packaged securely in durable boxes with protective padding.
Original Cyanotype Prints: Packaged in flat, rigid envelopes or tubes to prevent bending and damage.
Print-on-Demand Prints: Packaged in protective tubes or flat mailers depending on size.
Marble Pieces: Carefully packaged with protective materials and double-boxed to ensure safe delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Damaged Items
